CYPARK RESOURCES BERHAD ("CRB" OR "COMPANY") - ESTABLISHMENT OF A NEW EMPLOYEES SHARE OPTION SCHEME ("ESOS") OF UP TO 15% OF THE TOTAL NUMBER OF ISSUED SHARES OF CRB (EXCLUDING TREASURY SHARES) AT ANY POINT IN TIME OVER THE DURATION OF THE ESOS FOR THE ELIGIBLE EMPLOYEES AND DIRECTORS OF CRB AND ITS SUBSIDIARIES ("NEW ESOS")

Reference is made to the announcements dated 13 January 2021, 14 January 2021, 29 January 2021, 5 February 2021, 10 February 2021 and 26 February 2021. Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the previous announcements and circular to shareholders of the Company dated 26 February 2021 shall apply herein.

 

On behalf of the Board, PIVB wishes to announce that an application to seek an extension of time for the implementation of the New ESOS had been submitted to Bursa Securities on 9 July 2021.
