Article Entitled "Cypark Resources Tries Its Luck in Singapore" Published In The Edge Malaysia On 6 February 2017

With reference to an article appearing in The Edge Malaysia entitled "Cypark Resources tries its luck in Singapore" dated 6 February 2017 ("the Article") and in particular, the following statement appearing in the Article:-

"The group is expecting an organic growth of around 10% to 15% in revenue and profit in this financial year."

CRB wishes to clarify that the contents of the press statements are merely internal targets and aspirations of the Management.

The Management internal targets and aspirations are based on general reference to the Group's historical growth trends of turnover and profit in the past years as well as the Management's positive view of the industries that the Group is presently operating in.
