Reference is made to the announcements dated 16 June 2021 and 17 June 2021. Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the previous announcements of the Company shall apply herein.

On behalf of the Board, PIVB wishes to announce that Bursa Securities had, vide its letter dated 18 June 2021, approved the listing and quotation of up to 104,998,290 new ordinary shares to be issued pursuant to the Proposed Private Placement, subject to the following:

(i) CRB and PIVB must fully comply with the relevant provisions under the Listing Requirements pertaining to the implementation of the Proposed Private Placement;

(ii) CRB and PIVB are required to inform Bursa Securities upon the completion of the Proposed Private Placement;

(iii) CRB is required to furnish Bursa Securities with a written confirmation of its compliance with the terms and conditions of Bursa Securities’ approval once the Proposed Private Placement is completed; and

(iv) CRB is required to furnish Bursa Securities with details of the placees in accordance with Paragraph 6.15 of the Listing Requirements as soon as practicable after each tranche of placement and before the listing of the new CRB Shares to be issued pursuant to the Proposed Private Placement.
