CYPARK RESOURCES BERHAD ("CRB" OR "COMPANY") - PROPOSED PRIVATE PLACEMENT OF UP TO 104,998,290 NEW ORDINARY SHARES IN CRB REPRESENTING UP TO 20% OF THE TOTAL NUMBER OF ISSUED SHARES OF CRB AT AN ISSUE PRICE TO BE DETERMINED AND ANNOUNCED LATER ("PROPOSED PRIVATE PLACEMENT")

Reference is made to the announcement dated 16 June 2021. Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the previous announcement of the Company shall apply herein.

 

On behalf of the Board of CRB, PIVB wishes to announce that the listing application in relation to the Proposed Private Placement has been submitted to Bursa Securities on 17 June 2021.
