CYPARK RESOURCES BERHAD ("CRB" OR "COMPANY") - PROPOSED PRIVATE OF UP TO 104,998,290 NEW ORDINARY SHARES IN CRB REPRESENTING UP TO 20% OF THE TOTAL NUMBER OF ISSUED SHARES OF CRB AT AN ISSUE PRICE TO BE DETERMINED AND ANNOUNCED LATER ("PROPOSED PRIVATE ")

On behalf of the Board of Directors of Cypark Resources Berhad (“CRB”), Public Investment Bank Berhad ("PIVB") wishes to announce that the Company is proposing to undertake the proposed private of up to 104,998,290 new ordinary shares in CRB, representing up to 20% of the total number of issued shares of CRB at an issue price to be determined and announced later (“Proposed Private ”). Further details on the Proposed Private are set out in the attachment below.
