Description

Cypark Resources Berhad ("CRB" or "the Company") - Exercise of Options under the Company's Employees' Share Option Scheme

The Company wishes to inform that Dato' Freezailah Bin Che Yeom, Datuk Abdul Malik Bin Abdul Aziz, Headir Bin Mahfidz and Megat Abdul Munir Bin Megat Abdullah Rafaie, Directors of the CRB, had given notice of their direct dealings in the listed securities of the Company during closed period, details of which are set out in the table below. Pursuant to Paragraph 14.06(a) of the Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad Main Market Listing Requirements (“MainLR”), the exercise of share option pursuant to the Company’s Employees' Share Option Scheme is exempted from the restrictions or requirements of Paragraph 14.05 of the MainLR to comply with the procedures during closed period as set out in Paragraph 14.08 of the MainLR:-
