CYPARK RESOURCES BERHAD ("CRB" OR "COMPANY") -

PROPOSED ESTABLISHMENT OF A NEW EMPLOYEES SHARE OPTION SCHEME ("ESOS") OF UP TO 15% OF THE TOTAL NUMBER OF ISSUED SHARES OF CRB (EXCLUDING TREASURY SHARES) AT ANY POINT IN TIME OVER THE DURATION OF THE ESOS FOR THE ELIGIBLE EMPLOYEES AND DIRECTORS OF CRB AND ITS SUBSIDIARIES ("PROPOSED ESOS")

Reference is made to the announcements dated 13 January 2021, 14 January 2021, 29 January 2021 and 5 February 2021. Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the previous announcements of the Company shall apply herein.

 

On behalf of the Board, PIVB wishes to announce that the Company had on 10 February 2021, received a letter from Bursa Securities granting the Company an extension of time of up to 26 February 2021 for the issuance of the Circular.
