CYPARK RESOURCES BERHAD ("CRB" OR "COMPANY") - PROPOSED ESTABLISHMENT OF A NEW EMPLOYEES SHARE OPTION SCHEME ("ESOS") OF UP TO 15% OF THE TOTAL NUMBER OF ISSUED SHARES OF CRB (EXCLUDING TREASURY SHARES) AT ANY POINT IN TIME OVER THE DURATION OF THE ESOS FOR THE ELIGIBLE EMPLOYEES AND DIRECTORS OF CRB AND ITS SUBSIDIARIES ("PROPOSED ESOS")

Reference is made to the announcements dated 13 January 2021, 14 January 2021 and 29 January 2021. Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the previous announcements of the Company shall apply herein.

 

Under Paragraph 9.33(1)(b)(i) of the Listing Requirements, CRB is required to issue the circular in relation to the Proposed ESOS (“Circular”) within 14 market days from the date of Bursa Securities’ confirmation that it has no further comments on the Circular, which was on 27 January 2021.

 

In view of the above, PIVB, on behalf of the Board wishes to announce that an application has been submitted to Bursa Securities on 5 February 2021 to seek its approval for an extension of time from 19 February 2021 up to 26 February 2021 for the Company to issue the Circular.
