Cypark Resources Berhad ("CRB" or "the Company") - Status of the Memorandum of Understanding ("MOU") between Menteri Besar Kedah Incorporated (MBI Kedah) and the Company

Further to the Company's announcement made on 30 September 2020, the Board of Directors of CRB wishes to inform that the Company and Menteri Besar Kedah Incorporated (MBI Kedah) had mutually agreed to extend the duration of the MOU by another two (2) years to 9 October 2022.
