Cypark Resources Berhad ("CRB" or "the Company") - Status of the Memorandum of Understanding ("MOU") between Petronas Chemicals Group Berhad (PCGB) and the Company

Further to the Company's announcement made on 30 September 2020, the Board of Directors of CRB wishes to inform that the status of the MOU remains unchanged.

Unless otherwise stated, defined terms in this announcement shall carry the same meaning as defined in the previous announcements.
