- Exercise of Options under the Company's Employees' Share Option Scheme

Pursuant to Paragraph 14.06(a) of the Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad Main Market Listing Requirements (“MainLR”), the exercise of share option pursuant to the Company’s Employees' Share Option Scheme is exempted from the restrictions or requirements of Paragraph 14.05 of the MainLR to comply with the procedures during closed period as set out in Paragraph 14.08 of the MainLR. The Company wishes to inform that Tan Sri Razali Bin Ismail, the Director of the CRB, had given notice of his direct dealings in the listed securities of the Company during closed period, details of which are set out in the table below:-
