Description

Cypark Resources Berhad ("CRB" or "the Company") - Status of the Memorandum of Understanding ("MOU") between Cypark RE Store Sdn. Bhd. ("CRS"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, and 21st Century Clean Energy GmbH & CoKG (the authorised TESVOLT agent for Malaysia) ("TESVOLT")

Further to the Company's announcement made on 18 March 2020, the Board of Directors of CRB wishes to inform that the MOU has ceased to have any effect upon the expiry of the duration period and both parties do not intend to extend its validity or further pursue the understanding as stated in the terms and conditions of the MOU.

Unless otherwise stated, defined terms in this announcement shall carry the same meaning as defined in the previous announcements.
