Cypark Resources Berhad ("CRB" or "the Company") - Status of the Memorandum of Understanding ("MOU") between Menteri Besar Kedah Incorporated (MBI Kedah) and the Company

Further to the Company's announcement made on 18 March 2020, the Board of Directors of CRB wishes to inform that the status of the MOU remains unchanged.

Unless otherwise stated, defined terms in this announcement shall carry the same meaning as defined in the previous announcement.
