The Board of Directors of CRB ("the Board") is pleased to announce the recommendation for the declaration of a single-tier final dividend of 3.9 sen per ordinary share for the financial year ended 31 October 2018, which is subject to the approval of the shareholders of CRB at the forthcoming Fourteenth Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of the Company. The date of entitlement and date of payment in respect of the aforesaid proposed dividend have been scheduled to be on 31 May 2019 and 28 June 2019 respectively.

The Board had also resolved to propose the renewal of the authority for the shareholders to be given an option to elect to reinvest the whole or part of the dividend into new ordinary shares of CRB in accordance with the Dividend Reinvestment Scheme which was approved by the shareholders at the Company's Tenth AGM held on 21 April 2015.
