CYPARK RESOURCES BERHAD ("CRB" OR "COMPANY") - DIVIDEND REINVESTMENT SCHEME ON THE FINAL DIVIDEND IN RESPECT OF THE FINANCIAL YEAR ENDED 31 OCTOBER 2018

Unless otherwise stated, all definitions and terms used in this announcement shall have the same meanings as defined in CRB’s announcement dated 19 February 2019.

Reference is made to the Company’s announcement dated 9 April 2019 where the shareholders of the Company during the 14th Annual General Meeting held on 9 April 2019 had approved the declaration of a single tier final dividend of RM0.039 per ordinary share in CRB (“CRB Shares”) for the financial year ended 31 October 2018 and the renewal of the authority to allot and issue new CRB Shares, for the purpose of the dividend reinvestment scheme (“DRS”) of the Company.

On behalf of the Board, Public Investment Bank Berhad wishes to announce that an application to Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Securities”) for the listing of and quotation for new CRB Shares to be issued pursuant to the DRS had been submitted today.
