Unless otherwise stated, all definitions and terms used in this announcement shall have the same meanings as defined in CRB’s announcements dated 19 February 2019 and 10 April 2019.

Reference is made to the Company’s announcements dated 19 February 2019 and 10 April 2019 in relation to the DRS.

On behalf of the Board, Public Investment Bank Berhad (“PIVB”) wishes to announce that Bursa Securities had vide its letter dated 17 April 2019, approved the listing of up to 12,257,831 new CRB Shares to be issued pursuant to the DRS in respect of the Final Dividend on the Main Market of Bursa Securities (“Proposal”). The approval is subject to the following conditions:

(i)          CRB and PIVB must fully comply with the relevant provisions under the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Securities pertaining to the implementation of the Proposal;

(ii)         CRB and PIVB to inform Bursa Securities upon completion of the Proposal;

(iii)        CRB to furnish Bursa Securities with a written confirmation of its compliance with the terms and conditions of Bursa Securities’ approval once the Proposal is completed; and

(iv)        Payment of additional listing fees for the new CRB Shares based on the final issue price (if any). In this respect, CRB is required to furnish Bursa Securities a cheque drawn to the order of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad for the additional listing fees together with a copy of the details of the computation of the amount of listing fees payable.
