Cypark Resources Berhad ("CRB" or "the Company") - Proposed Renewal of Existing Shareholder Mandate for Recurrent Related Party Transactions of a Revenue or Trading Nature and Proposed Renewal of Authority for the Purchase by CRB of its Own Shares (collectively known as "the Proposals")

CRB wishes to announce that the Company is proposing to seek its shareholders' approval in respect of the Proposals at the forthcoming Fifteenth Annual General Meeting of the Company to be convened.
