CYPARK RESOURCES BERHAD ("CRB" OR "COMPANY") - PROPOSED PLACEMENT OF UP TO 178,937,922 NEW ORDINARY SHARES IN CRB ("CRB SHARE(S)") ("PLACEMENT SHARE(S)") REPRESENTING UP TO 30% OF THE TOTAL NUMBER OF ISSUED SHARES OF CRB AT AN ISSUE PRICE TO BE DETERMINED AND ANNOUNCED LATER ("PROPOSED PLACEMENT")

On behalf of the Board of Directors of Cypark Resources Berhad (“CRB”), Public Investment Bank Berhad wishes to announce that the Company proposes to undertake the proposed placement of up to 178,937,922 new ordinary shares in CRB (“Placement Share(s)”) representing up to 30% of the total number of issued shares of CRB at an issue price to be determined and announced later (“Proposed Placement”).
