CYPARK RESOURCES BERHAD ("CRB" OR "COMPANY") - PROPOSED PLACEMENT OF UP TO 178,937,922 NEW ORDINARY SHARES IN CRB ("CRB SHARE(S)") ("PLACEMENT SHARE(S)") REPRESENTING UP TO 30% OF THE TOTAL NUMBER OF ISSUED SHARES OF CRB AT AN ISSUE PRICE TO BE DETERMINED AND ANNOUNCED LATER ("PROPOSED PLACEMENT")

Reference is made to the announcement dated 8 November 2022. Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the previous announcement of the Company shall apply herein.

On behalf of the Board, PIVB wishes to announce that the listing application in relation to the Proposed Placement has been submitted to Bursa Securities on 9 November 2022.
