Reference is made to the announcements dated 8 November 2022 and 9 November 2022. Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the previous announcement of the Company shall apply herein.

On behalf of the Board, PIVB is pleased to announce that Bursa Securities had vide its letter dated 23 November 2022, approved the listing and quotation for up to 178,937,922 Placement Shares to be issued pursuant to the Proposed Placement, subject to the following conditions:

(i) CRB and PIVB must fully comply with the relevant provisions under the Listing Requirements pertaining to the implementation of the Proposed Placement;

(ii) PIVB to inform Bursa Securities upon the completion of the Proposed Placement;

(iii) PIVB to furnish Bursa Securities with a certified true copy of the resolution passed by the shareholders approving the Proposed Placement, prior to the listing of the Placement Shares; and

(iv) PIVB to furnish Bursa Securities with a written confirmation of its compliance with the terms and conditions of Bursa Securities’ approval once the Proposed Placement is completed.
