CYPARK RESOURCES BERHAD ("CRB" OR "COMPANY") - PLACEMENT OF UP TO 178,937,922 NEW ORDINARY SHARES IN CRB ("CRB SHARE(S)") ("PLACEMENT SHARE(S)"), REPRESENTING UP TO 30% OF THE TOTAL NUMBER OF ISSUED SHARES OF CRB ("PLACEMENT")

Reference is made to the announcements dated 8 November 2022, 9 November 2022 and 23 November 2022, as well as the circular to the shareholders of CRB dated 9 December 2022. Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the previous announcements and circular shall apply herein.

 

On behalf of the Board, PIVB wishes to announce that the Board had on 28 December 2022 (“Price-Fixing Date”) fixed the issue price for the Placement at RM0.38 per Placement Share (“Issue Price”).

 

The Issue Price represents a discount of RM0.0327 or approximately 7.92% to the 5-day VWAP of CRB Shares up to and including 27 December 2022, being the last trading day immediately preceding the Price-Fixing Date of RM0.4127 per CRB Share.
