CYPARK RESOURCES BERHAD ("CRB" OR "COMPANY") - PLACEMENT OF UP TO 178,937,922 NEW ORDINARY SHARES IN CRB ("CRB SHARE(S)") ("PLACEMENT SHARE(S))", REPRESENTING UP TO 30% OF THE TOTAL NUMBER OF ISSUED SHARES OF CRB ("PLACEMENT")

Reference is made to the announcements dated 8 November 2022, 9 November 2022, 23 November 2022, 28 December 2022 and 3 January 2023, as well as the circular to the shareholders of CRB dated 9 December 2022. Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the previous announcements and circular shall apply herein.

 

On behalf of the Board, PIVB wishes to announce that the Placement has been completed following the listing of and quotation for 176,648,892 Placement Shares for the first (1st) and final tranche of the Placement, on the Main Market of Bursa Securities today.
