The Board of Directors of the Company has approved the change in the financial year end of the Company from 31 October to 30 April. The rationale for the said change is to allow for better availability of resources and improve management of audit and annual reporting, to strengthen operations and to refocus on the enlarged group's business plan. The current set of financial statements will be made up from 1 November 2021 to 30 April 2023, which covers a period of eighteen (18) months.
