Remarks :

1. Pertubuhan Keselamatan Sosial ("PERKESO") submitted their notice to the Companies Commission of Malaysia ("CCM") on 7 February 2023 in which their calculation is the date that 5% substantial shareholding was triggered as the total issued share capital formula used included the number of treasury shares. Subsequently, they noticed that treasury shares should be excluded from the shareholding calculation, hence PERKESO submitted the amended notice to CCM on 8 February 2023 to rectify the date they acquired substantial interest of 5% to 2 February 2023 with total shareholding percentage of 5.06%.

2. The number of shares has been amended based on the acquisition of 2,000,000 ordinary shares on 2 February 2023 which led to PERKESO becoming a substantial shareholder of Cypark Resources Berhad.

3. The circumstance by reason of which PERKESO has interest is amended from acquisition via direct deal to acquisition of shares in open market by PERKESO.
