Further to the Company's announcements made on 30 December 2022, the Board of Directors of CRB wishes to update the status of the following Memorandum of Understanding (“MOU”):-

1. MOU dated 10 October 2019 between NS Corporation (NS Corp) and the Company

- The MOU has lapsed and both parties mutually agree not to extend the MOU. Therefore, the MOU ceased to have any effect upon the expiry of the duration period.

2. MOU dated 10 October 2019 between Menteri Besar Kedah Incorporated (MBI Kedah) and the Company

- The MOU has lapsed and both parties mutually agree not to extend the MOU. Therefore, the MOU ceased to have any effect upon the expiry of the duration period.

3. MOU dated 10 October 2019 between Petronas Chemicals Group Berhad (PCGB) and the Company

- There has been no material development since the previous announcement dated 30 December 2022.

4. MOU dated 7 December 2021 between Huawei Technologies (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. and the Company

- There has been no material development since the previous announcement dated 30 December 2022.

5. MOU dated 9 February 2023 between UTM Holdings Sdn. Bhd., Selgate Healthcare Sdn. Bhd. and the Company

- There has been no material development since the previous announcement dated 9 February 2023.
