Further to the Company's announcements made on 31 March 2023, the Board of Directors of CRB wishes to update the status of the following Memorandum of Understanding (“MOU”):-

1. MOU dated 10 October 2019 between Petronas Chemicals Group Berhad (PCGB) and the Company - There has been no material development since the previous announcement dated 31 March 2023.

2. MOU dated 3 December 2021 between Huawei Technologies (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. and the Company - There has been no material development since the previous announcement dated 31 March 2023.

3. MOU dated 9 February 2023 between UTM Holdings Sdn. Bhd., Selgate Healthcare Sdn. Bhd. and the Company

- The MOU has lapsed and all parties mutually agree not to extend the MOU. Therefore, the MOU ceased to have any effect upon the expiry of the duration period.
