Further to the Company's announcement made on 30 June 2023, the Board of Directors of CRB wishes to update the status of the following Memorandum of Understanding (“MOU”):-

1. MOU dated 10 October 2019 between Petronas Chemicals Group Berhad (PCGB) and the Company - There has been no material development since the previous announcement dated 30 June 2023.

2. MOU dated 3 December 2021 between Huawei Technologies (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. and the Company - There has been no material development since the previous announcement dated 30 June 2023.

3. Memorandum of Business Exploration dated 1 August 2023 between RGFC Ventures Sdn. Bhd. and the Company

- There has been no material development since the previous announcement dated 1 August 2023.
