This announcement is made to provide clarity regarding Dato' Daud's cessation of office as a Director of the Company upon the conclusion of the 18th Annual General Meeting ("18th AGM") of the Company held earlier this morning in view that the resolution on his re-election as a Director of the Company was not carried, which has also been indicated in the announcement pertaining to the outcome of the 18th AGM. Although Dato' Daud was not re-elected as a Director of the Company, Dato' Daud remains the Group Chief Executive Officer of the Company, as the resolution is solely in relation to his re-election as a Director of the Company.

Other than the above, the information in this announcement remains unchanged as per our earlier announcement C03-26102023-00002 dated 26 October 2023.
