Description Cypark Resources Berhad - Update on Strategic Review
The Board of Directors (“Board”) of Cypark Resources Berhad (“Company”) wishes to announce that as part of the ongoing Strategic Review which commenced on 28th February 2024, the Board has requested select Senior Management, including the Group Chief Executive Officer, to be on unrecorded leave in order to facilitate a fully independent and transparent review process.

With the recent redesignation of Dato’ Hamidah Binti Moris as Executive Chair and Encik Muhammad Ashraf Bin Muhammad Amir as Executive Director to assume the senior leadership responsibilities in the interim, the continuity of projects and business operations during this period remain as usual.
