Description Cypark Resources Berhad ("CRB" or "the Company") - Status of Memorandum of Understanding
Further to the Company's announcement made on 29 December 2023, the Board of Directors of CRB wishes to update the status of the following Memorandum of Understanding (“MOU”):-

1. MOU dated 10 October 2019 between Petronas Chemicals Group Berhad (PCGB) and the Company
- There has been no material development since the previous announcement dated 29 December 2023.

2. Memorandum of Business Exploration dated 1 August 2023 between RGFC Ventures Sdn. Bhd. and the Company
- There has been no material development since the previous announcement dated 29 December 2023.

3. MOU dated 1 December 2023 between Abu Dhabi Future Energy Company PJSC - Masdar and the Company
- There has been no material development since the previous announcement dated 29 December 2023.

This announcement is dated 29 March 2024.
