Description Cypark Resources Berhad ("CRB" or "the Company") - Update on the Status of the Memorandum of Business Exploration ("MOBE") between RGFC Ventures Sdn. Bhd. ("RGFC") and the Company
Unless otherwise stated, all definitions and terms used in this announcement shall have the same meanings in the previous announcements made by the Company on the MOBE between the Company and RGFC.

The Company wishes to inform that the parties have mutually agreed to extend the MOBE for an additional period of 1 year commencing from 1 August 2025 and expiring on 1 August 2026.

Save for the extension and the notice details of the Company, all other terms and conditions contained in the MOBE remain unchanged.

This announcement is dated 1 August 2025.
