Results Of Feed-in Tariff Quota Application for Biogas Under E-bidding For The Year 2025

The Board of Directors of Cypark Resources Berhad (“CRB” or the “Company”) wishes to announce that the Company’s 51% indirectly-owned subsidiary, Reviva BACRE (Ulu Remis) Sdn. Bhd. had on 31 July 2025 received the approval letter dated 25 July 2025 from the Sustainable Energy Development Authority Malaysia (“SEDA”) for Feed-in Tariff application to carry out the development of biogas project (“Project”) with the following details:

The Project is expected to be completed by 25 July 2028 (“Commencement Date”) with the Feed-in Tariff to be effective for a period of twenty-one (21) years from the Commencement Date.

The Project is not expected to have any material impact on the earnings and net assets of the CRB Group for the financial year ending 30 April 2026. However, the Project is expected to contribute positively to the future earnings of CRB through stable and recurring long term cash flows generated under the Feed-in Tariff programme.

None of the Directors or major shareholders of CRB and persons connected with them has any interests, direct or indirect, in the Project.
