Execution Of Islamic Financing Facility Agreements With MBSB Bank Berhad For An Aggregate Principal Amount Of Up To RM1,304,500,000.00

Pursuant to Paragraphs 9.03 and 9.04 of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, the Board of Directors of Cypark wishes to announce that the Company and its wholly-owned subsidiary, Cypark Smart Technology Sdn. Bhd. ("CST"), have respectively secured Islamic financing facilities in the aggregate principal amount of up to RM1,304,500,000.00 (Ringgit Malaysia: One Billion Three Hundred Four Million and Five Hundred Thousand) (the “Facilities”) from MBSB Bank Berhad (“MBSB Bank”) pursuant to facility agreements entered into by MBSB Bank with the Company and CST, respectively, on 19 August 2025.
