Further to the Company's announcements made on 30 June 2025 and 1 August 2025, the Company wishes to update the status of the following Memorandum of Understanding (“MOU”):-

1. Memorandum of Business Exploration dated 1 August 2023 between RGFC Ventures Sdn. Bhd. and the Company
- There has been no material development since the previous announcement dated 1 August 2025.

2. MOU dated 1 December 2023 between Abu Dhabi Future Energy Company PJSC - Masdar and the Company
- There has been no material development since the previous announcement dated 30 June 2025.
