Description Cypark Resources Berhad ("CRB" or "the Company") - Status of Memorandum of Understanding
Further to the Company's announcement made on 18 September 2025, the Company wishes to update the status of the following Memorandum of Understanding (“MOU”):-

1. Memorandum of Business Exploration dated 1 August 2023 between RGFC Ventures Sdn. Bhd. and the Company
- There has been no material development since the previous announcement dated 18 September 2025.

2. MOU dated 1 December 2023 between Abu Dhabi Future Energy Company PJSC - Masdar and the Company
​- The parties have agreed for the extension of the MOU for another one (1) year from 1st December 2025.

This announcement is dated 16 December 2025.
